Open Door Ministries operates an orphanage, rescued girls home and two public feeding stations where children under the age of 11 receive on hot meal each day Monday through Friday. For most of these children, it will be the only food they eat that day. In addition, Open Door Ministries runs a hospital and prison ministry. Open Door Ministries is operated in Tocoa, Honduras a city of about 50,000 people.
